Our cellar

It is located in the Butera Territory in an ideal pedoclimatic context for the optimal growth of the grapes.

The calcareous soil, the hours of sunshine, the altitude, the temperature variations between day and night lay the foundations for obtaining high quality wines.

Our wines

they are produced with respect for the raw material. We are supporters of natural fermentation and pure wines. This is to enhance the characteristics of the single vine in the palate of those who taste our products.

The "new" that advances

Our "Know How" involves combining ancient knowledge with modern knowledge.

Our goal is not to distort our products and keep them as genuine as possible, as nature gives us.

By working the vineyard scrupulously, it is possible to obtain a high quality product where it is therefore not necessary to correct and give life to what we call "artifacts".

The flavour, aroma and color of a wine depends on the climatic conditions that the vineyard has experienced throughout the year and can never be the same over time.

Each vintage is a story in itself so the same wine must be different over the years.
